Dive Diary Dive News - The Koh Tao IDC Group Friday, December 01, 2006 Hi everyone, started the last idc of the year on the 29th of November with an instructor exam on the 14-16. On this one we got 3 course director present including myself plus Claes (denmark) and tim (canada). Tim got a lot of experience from different areas in the world and is going to be a strong contribution for our instructor team. We also have jamie (course director england) who is coming in an doing a presentation about tec rec programs. So 4 course directors with 7 candidates - i dont think there is an idc in the world who can beat that. We also have staff instructors participating... pauli and evya (israel), natalie (australia), bear (england), jacob (denmark), mar (holland), assar (sweden, assar applied for the course director course in borneo for 2007). So an amazingly strong instructor trainer team. On this program we got 7 idc candidates from 5 different countries. Going to be a lot of fun - everyone is well prepared and there is a really good atmosphere in the group!!! Take care and remember that the next idc starts on the 9th of January 2007!!!
