Dive Diary Dive News - The Koh Tao IDC Group Wednesday, January 27, 2010  Amazing times at bans diving and the koh tao idc group! 12 out of 12 passed the instructor exam conducted by PADI Asia Pacific a few days ago. PADI Examiners Young Hee and Rob (Asia Pacific) were both very impressed by the quality of the bans candidates! 12 candidates from 11 different countries made this program very interesting! 11 of the 12 (Sophie had to go home to her family in france) started the MSDT today with Tim! I am starting a DSAT TEC DEEP course today with Andy (Craig and Amit assisting on their last course before applying for Instructor Tec). Next idc starts on the 4th of Feb. Also on the 4th of Feb we start a Tech Operation course including BSAC Compressor Op, Advanced Equipment, Gas Blender etc. Next Rebreather Course starts on the 23th of Feb. PADI Open Water - PADI Divemaster starts everyday!!! Started up 5 new Divemasters in Training (DMTs) the last 3 days. So great diving (lots of sharks!!!), great vis, many people at bans, blue sky!!!
